Bio
I am an outspoken liberal concerned about the fate of humanity and laughing at the absurdities of western life. I don't consider the bill or rights to be optional and I fervently believe this country is heading in the wrong direction because of conservative fundamentalist movements that seek to limit freedoms and dictate choice. It influences every aspect of our nation's policies and is destructive not only to the internal unity but poses great risk to American interests abroad.

To balance my strong political feelings is my Zen belief system which brings me back to center and keeps me focused on what is important in life: living it and relishing every moment. I didn't always believe this was the correct path. I was born and raised a good Protestant boy, taught to love Jesus and honor God in all things. Though I have moved to a more spiritual and less religious belief system, it is impossible to erase twenty plus years of indoctrination and education. I am trying. :)

On the social front I'm active within a few alternative lifestyle segments of the population having found my way into power exchange relationships of varying degrees throughout the span of my ongoing adult life. I have strong beliefs in a male dominated world pointing back to my early childhood religious education that woman was created from man and thus owes her existence to man. She assumes a pre-feminism role in the world as a caregiver and nurturer, domestic goddess and concubine. She does this because it is in her nature to be helpful and care for those she loves. I have simply taken it the next step and incorporated power exchange with this to create the type of lifestyle I wish to live.

Lastly, I make no apologies for my beliefs and in a healthy, civil debate I expect no apologies for others. I am, however, fiercely loyal to my friends and extremely protective/possessive of my lovers. I find this works for me and I see no reason to change it for anyone.

If this hasn't scared you off, feel free to add me. We'll see what shakes out in the way of friendship and common ground.

Peace, luck and safe travels to you.
